The timestamps of posts seem to not match my timezone. Are they accounting for the timezones, or does the timestamp shown match the timezone of the location of the post?

Well, the timestamp on this post shows 10:39PM, so it's obviously not the timezone of the poster. It is 5:39 (now 41) here....

Then go to your account settings - look and layout, and change the timezone. A potato could have figured it out. Why are you dumber than a potato?
