Set up server monitoring

Again, just a reminder for myself. Ideally I'd set up my own monitoring system, but for a website this small, New Relic will do nicely.

On closer inspection, New Relic isn't well suited to our needs. I'll look at what else is available; I may simply end up using an open-source solution.
