The reporter is unqualified to report on this...He is unqualified to understand the material, present it, or give a conclusion.

how do you not see the irony of saying this right after doing the exact same thing.

The vaccine has not been tested long term.

please cite the long-term health effect studies for covid.

This argument hinges on making compassionate treatment and bending to delusion equivalent. Schizophrenic patients are treated with compassion and medication but at no point is other parts of society expected to bend to their schizophrenic beliefs. We do not recognize them as messiahs or take their remarks on aliens or the CIA seriously. Why then, must delusions from supposedly 'transexual' people be treated with such gravity? If a man believes he is a woman or if a woman believes she is a man, then he or she is mentally disordered. The treatment is not and should never be to just play into their pretending. No other mental disorder is treated by playing into the patient's delusions, why is this one any different?

this is a savagely misguided and antiquated understanding of psychological disorders — especially schizophrenia — but let's set that aside for a moment. suppose that it were the case that one could treat schizophrenics by indulging their beliefs. suppose you could just be like "yeah man, the cia and aliens, cool beans" and doing so made them happy, productive members of their communities instead of suicidal social pariahs. would you have a problem with that treatment option?

Biden has the ball. Biden is at fault.

wow biden managed to improve us gdp from ~250 billion dollars in 1947 to over 22 trillion dollars in 2021! literally a 100-fold increase in gdp.

biden has the ball. biden is at fault.

here's how trump can still win

A GOP state senator in Arizona described the controversial vote audit in Maricopa County as "ridiculous" and an embarrassment in an interview with The New York Times on Friday.

Sen. Paul Boyer, a Republican who represents a suburb of Phoenix, told the publication that he initially supported and voted for the audit but that he regretted doing so after seeing how poorly it was being conducted.

"It makes us look like idiots," Boyer said. "Looking back, I didn't think it would be this ridiculous. It's embarrassing to be a state senator at this point."

biden is LEGALIZING MARIJUANA to pander to black voters didn't you even read the article i posted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111111123

"Notably absent from his plan is legalizing marijuana for adult use..."

lol literally this whole article is about how — contra the wishes of the people who voted for him — biden is opposed to legalization, and his policies do not go far enough.

i know it's harder to read the smaller words that come after the big giant words at the top, but sometimes the smaller words have useful information in them.

probably just systematic error (these things nearly always are), but it's still an exciting result. if another independent experiment confirms, that'll be a huge step.

Do you have a sense of what they need to get from a 4 sigma confidence to 5 sigma?

totally take this with a grain of salt since i'm an astro dude and not a particle physics dude, but usually it entails either more data, or more independent experiments. the former is only feasible if more data will substantially increase your signal-to-noise ratio, and i'm guessing they've basically maxed that out with the fermilab experiment (i.e., maybe they could run it for another billion years to get to 5σ, but ain't nobody got time for that). the latter is almost certainly the way to go.

basically you can either try to shrink the error bars (more data), or you can add more data points (more experiments). shrinking the error bars is probably not feasible, so they'll need to add more data points with new experiments. lol of course sometimes that only deepens the mystery, like the current tension between independent measurements of the hubble constant.

more than likely, one of these sets of measurements is being affected by an as-yet-unknown systematic error. for example, if the planck data is systematically underestimating H_0, then these measurements may in fact completely agree. so sigma doesn't tell the full story here since sigma is "unaware" of systematics. the same could be true for the brookhaven/fermilab results. unknown systematics may be causing them to overestimate a_μ, and no new physics are needed to put these results back in line with the theoretical predictions.

systematic error is a real asshole.

nb4 kamala vetoes

Didn't she sponsor a bill supporting legalization not that long ago?

she used to be on the legalization train, but now she's (possibly, according to an unnamed aide) falling in step with joe "needs more research" biden.

mostly i just assume that the dnc will figure out some way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

They've been giving updates -

Khait said that they are putting it on the back burner because they don't want to distract from the Hunter Biden emails. Probably for the best. Those Hunter emails have already basically been established as genuine by the media, and Bobulinski has been featured by Fox News, international news, and is slowly being reported by the MSM. Best to focus investigative journalists on the pay to play and corruption.

what's the status on all this? i've been checking out her account periodically, and it's weird because she's completely stopped talking about the mountains of absolute proof of treason by obama, clinton, and biden. why is she still holding on to it? hasn't the hunter biden story run its course? since biden was elected illegitimately, wouldn't it be a pretty idea to go ahead and release the info? i'm pretty sure treason is against the law.

i'm still really desperate for it to not be true. totally desperate.

Lying to the court about what they find in the audit is highly illegal, and would land them in prison.

so is election fraud.

SUPER weird how trump had the full power of the doj, fbi, cia, and the rest of the alphabet soup at his disposal, yet never once brought criminal charges against anyone. but hey, keep talking about voting machine audits or whatever. civil term is definitely the correct place to litigate election fraud if you don't actually believe it's real but just want to bilk your supporters out of their hard-earned cash.

here's how trump can still win...

just watched the navy footage, and idgi. it's a moving blob. this seems about on par with samsquanch footage.

Did you hear the testimony of the guy who saw what the footage represents and how that footage should be interpreted?

nope, but if you post a link, i'll check it out.

Whenever you justify a bad or embarrassing behavior you are conceding that it is bad or embarrassing.

i'm glad you agree that trump's loss to biden in the 2020 general was extremely embarrassing
