I may or may not work for Keurig. I do know that they are doing pretty badly right now. I hear about it a lot and do a lot of damage control for them.

My bad experience with Keurig makes me love Bed, Bath & Beyond, though. I once bought a Vue, hated it and never used it, then a year later I returned it to BB&B and they not only refunded the full price, but they gave me a debit refund, not a store credit refund.

Anyway, we should discuss the fact that a coffee company tried to actually mandate the coffee you could place into the machine. I'm surprised this hasn't gotten even more attention than it has from media.

It isn't just the cups, since the patent on their original k-cup design has long expired, other companies have been creating generic cup brewing machines (Mr. Coffee took a huge portion of their machine business). This was Keurig's attempt to stop that from happening but was ultimately stupid because you can't prevent what has already occurred.
