What's up with that?
Couple of YouTube videos recently have been embedded all squished.
Let's try this one:

Yeah! See?

Looks fine to me. This is your equipment messing it up.

No, I don't see. Please at least provide a screenshot, and ideally some more information about the browser you're using. Your screen resolution might also be useful.
I did recently make changes to the way YouTube embeds are displayed, and it's perfectly possible that I messed it up. However, I'm not seeing anything being "all squished" on any of my devices, which makes it a bit difficult to diagnose.

I see this in Firefox 63.0b10 on OpenBSD 6.4.

I use Firefox in an unusually narrow window normally, but widening that to my full resolution of 2560x1440 makes no difference.

Thanks - I have a theory (tl;dr I'm apparently bad at CSS). I'll sort it out momentarily.

Okay, that might be better. AATW, let me know if the Flat YouTube Theory has been debunked yet.

Fixed it for me, thanks!

That looks good to me (but I am at home now, I was getting the problem on my work machine. I use Chrome there too though so I imagine it'll be fine there too).
Nice work, boss.

Here's hoping!
