Flat Earth Theory / Re: New idea on observing Sigma Octantis from multiple locations

Relative to earth.
That seems rather impossible under the RE model, and if it were true, it would directly conflict with your proposed outcome.

In RE a star directly in line with earths axis of rotation would not appear to move (e.g., Polaris in the northern hemisphere).

On FE, I don't see how your experiment accounts for EA.

EA only affects the attitudinal angle not the compass bearing; EA proposes that light bends up (towards zenith) relative to the disc not Eastward or Westward. Is this correct?

If Sigma Octantis does not move at the night time
Relative to what?

Relative to earth.

The angle between compass South and Sigma Octantis and the angle between Sigma Octantis and the horizon (altitudinal angle) doesn't change appreciably within one night. It doesn't rise or set; it just gets brighter and dimmer, fading to nothing when the sun is out.

Flat Earth Theory / New idea on observing Sigma Octantis from multiple locations

I propose the following experiment:

  • If Sigma Octantis does not move at the night time, can we assume it does not move appreciably in 24-hours (although it does move a bit with the seasons).
  • Suppose a South American observer notes the compass bearing towards Sigma Octantis. Sigma Octantis is hard to find, but it should be obvious in a 15 minute long-exposure photo, as the only star that doesn't move. Once that is located by both observers, they can compare the other constellations to make sure they "match up".
  • Suppose the same night (but not the exact same time) a South African observe also makes the same measurement using the same method.

Could we use this to test a monople flat-earth? If both measurements are due south and we assume Sigma Octantis never moves (has anyone ever seen it move?) then South America and South Africa can't be at the edge of a disc earth. This would provide evidence for a bipolar flat-earth or a round-earth.

So.... does that mean that some of the non-trump republicans would vote for Biden instead?

I doubt it's Republicans switching. It's likely independents seesawing between Trump and Biden based on whatever the most recent headlines are.

Why is the Moon's shadow at the time of the Total Solar Eclipse placed elsewhere other than the plane of the ecliptic upon the earth? The time of the Total Eclipse should be where the Moon intersects the Sun on the Ecliptic.

The "Path of Totality", where the Moon completely completely covers the Sun in Total Solar Eclipse, and the point where the Moon crosses the Ecliptic in the sky to the observer, is often visible to observers from a very odd shape upon the Earth. All of the observers on this darkened path see the Moon completely covering the sun in complete totality:

If you plot that path on an actual globe, you will see it's a perfect RE-based arc (in 3D that is). If you look at that line straight on, it will be straight, and in perfect sync with RE theory.

I don't know why Tom keeps saying this. It's like he thinks it's the general opinion of liberals, like we've been saying this over and over for as long as he has, perpetually locked in the fantasy that Trump's comeuppance is right around the corner, and obviously that's not the case with most of us. I doubt there are many American liberals that by this point don't have the attitude that nothing is going to hurt Trump because he's invincible, or at least that they'll believe it when they see it.

It's been a common tactic of Trump supporters over the past several years to try and lump anyone who's criticized or spoken out against Trump into one "team," and then act like there's an expectation that anyone else opposed to Trump has to somehow answer for the misbehavior or gaffes of any other Trump critics. They've done it with Louise Mensch, Piers Morgan, Bill Maher, Jussie Smollet, Brian and Ed Krassenstein, and especially Michael Avenatti, to give just a few examples. Just recently you might remember Tom doing it with Keith Olbermann. Obviously Trump and his team don't have a monopoly on stupidity or sleaze, and nobody here needs to defend or answer for whichever delusional people were confidently predicting Trump's downfall.

The V-Safe is where the data screened from VAERS (by the CDC) is presented. That had nothing to do with the VAERS reports.

At this point, the CDC has looked at 780,000 reports of injury from the coof vaxx and has confirmed they are legitimate.

The article linked by Dr. Mittal states a lawsuit needed to be filed just to get access to this data from the CDC.

Sounds like a coverup, uh?

Again.  WHY. DID. YOUR. LINK.  SEND.ME.TO.THE.VAERS.reports?

let me literally qouote your own source for you.

It should be evident at this point why the CDC fought so hard to keep this information from being released. They likely knew that if it were made public, they would have better success marketing their shots to a group of penguins.

But don’t take my word for it—comb through the data yourself.

And it wasn't 780,000 reports of injury.  Have you even READ the reports?  Because I think its awfully coincidental that 780,000 MESSAGES were sent to V-Safe and you're claiming the EXACT SAME AMOUT are reports of injury.

Maybe, perhaps, you should show me where these released reports are?  Because you seem to be telling me your own source doesn't have the right ones.
