Title: Battlestar Galactica 1978-1980

Well, my fiancee just got me the Battlestar Galactica 1980 episodes on DVD. Unfortunately, she got them for Region 2, which means I had to rip them to the computer to make them work, but I was able to find a program online that would do it. I am hoping to get all the old series episodes. I LOVED that series as a young man. Anybody here have fond memories of Battlestar Galactica from the original cast and crew?

I used to like that show.  I recently tried to get back into it, but I could barely make it through 2 episodes.  The show is a lot more cheesy than I remember it being.
