Flat Earth Theory / Re: Why is there no standard map of the earth?
« on: February 27, 2021, 06:11:43 PM »
How are you so confident that the "standard" round earth map is so accurate?

I've seen this baseless and shallow argument pop up countless times in these forums.

I think if any Flat Earth model is to get any lift at all, it will have to accept a few given things.

A flat Earth model will have to accept that we do indeed know the size and shapes of the major continents and incorporate that into their model. I've crossed North America professionally a couple of times and I know my gas consumption and mileage. Many, many everyday people are intimately familiar with the size and shape of the continent they live on.

A flat Earth model will have to embrace the idea that Antarctica does indeed exist as a continent. I have seen Flat Earth models that have a complete map of the North Pole and the South Pole inside the edge of the disk. Of course, the travel distances over the oceans were then massively distorted by orders of magnitude but fewer people are as intimately familiar with crossing the ocean. It would be easier to sell the idea of some Pac-Man effect or navigational hoax in the middle of the ocean.

The map I utilize certainly does verify accurately the size and shape of Australia.

Excellent, that's what we're all here for. Show us your map of the Flat Earth that accurately depicts the size and shape of Australia.

Nobody cares how flat a map is.

How accurate is your map? Does it accurately portray the size and shapes of the continents in the southern hemisphere?
It does if I am traveling in that area.

So your map of Australia is only accurate when you're in Australia?  When you're in North America, Australia returns to a malformed continent that we can't measure.

Your map of the Southern Hemisphere continents is either accurate or it is not.

For all your self-righteous lecturing and angry cursing, your map still cannot tell us accurately the size and shape of the Australian continent.

Member when Giuliani welcomed the court battle with Dominion?

Lol...   I could hear the saxophone music from the Benny Hill show while the process server chased Giuliani around.

It looks like Dominion is not going to take any more of this crap from bullshit liars going on about conspiracies.  Maybe some of the posters on this forum should be concerned.

If the earth is flat and you can see all of it on a single depiction, then yes, it is a flat earth map.

Nobody cares how flat a map is.

How accurate is your map? Does it accurately portray the size and shapes of the continents in the southern hemisphere?

I could use a single map of the entire earth if I needed to and find my way to wherever and be just fine.

But we do not do that, as we can only physically occupy one space at one point in time.

Again, what does your map tell us about the size of North America and size of Australia. How long it would take to drive across Australia?

I don't believe that they're covering up FE. I believe that they have a bunch of fudges and fakery designed to pretend that they have international nuclear deterrence when they don't.

In regards to distances and a true map of the earth, that one is difficult to determine since planes adjust their path to find the quickest winds between any two points, which may be faster in one region than another. There are clearly multiple variables at play in that one - https://wiki.tfes.org/Issues_in_Flight_Analysis

So, do we know the distance across the North American continent and the distance across the Australian continent?

Yeah, we should just believe the people who would have conducted the fraud that there is no fraud.  ::)

It worked for the Senate Republicans during the last impeachment.

Mitch McConnell is developing a conscience?  Now all he needs is a chin, some integrity  and a penis to replace the one that Trump took and he can be a whole human being.

It's gotta hurt when truth and reality slap you down...

The Shaman a-hole has just woke up from life's bitch slap.

https://www.abc27.com/news/i-was-wrong-period-qanon-shaman-apologizes-for-entering-capitol/

Just like those dumbasses that spent money on the Donald's get-rich-quick VHS video series, there comes a moment when you finish the last of the five tapes and realize you've been screwed. He could have talked to any of the idiots that graduated Trump university years ago and they would have told him that Trump is a lying flim-flam man that has bankrupted everything he ever touched.

“I am deeply disappointed in former President Trump. He was not honorable. He let a lot of peaceful people down. I have to leave judging him up to other people,” said Chansley.

He also said his time in jail has allowed him to start to reanalyze his life. He said there was a lot that happened leading up to Jan. 6, and explained that he is trying to focus on what is important at this time, which is apologizing.

Good Morning Snowflake!

Can you imagine what he would tell the Trump supporters here?

Wrong. The cases are ongoing, with many of the adjucated cases favoring Trump.

I would suggest you look very closely at the data that this propaganda blogger has cited. It is the most saddest, most desperate cherries picked by a sad, desperate cherry picker.

It is a level of spin that Putin would be proud of.

Yeah!  When I got arrested, uh, I mean when my friend got arrested nobody gave a shit about any special dietary needs

This pisses me off, it may have to go to Angry Ranting.

I know all kinds of people who have been arrested for all kinds of things. None of them have ever been catered to like this.

That traitorous Putin Pawn snowflake should be fed dogshit. It is organic.

There is plenty of evidence of fraud. Visit https://hereistheevidence.com/

You can't tell me that there is no evidence here. Stop being disingenuous.

Yes, and here is plenty of evidence for Bigfoot.

Despite these mountains of evidence not one molecule, hair or trace of any real Bigfoot ever.

4) Will it kill more than 5% of the population?

In America that would be 15 million people.

But I will admit at least Thork has a specific, documented plan with metrics. Light years ahead of Trumps lack of plan.

Bunching your knickers over a benign disease is madness.

So how deadly would a pandemic have to be before you would support public efforts to mitigate its spread?   If it was an Ebola outbreak, would you cooperate?

All the more reasons that I am done with the Republican Party. Next time, I'm voting Lizard.

I thought you said you were done with the Republican Party.

The Lizards wield their power through the Liberals mainly. It was the conservatives that tipped us off to their evil plan.

Now obviously, Trump is a lizard. But he's not a Republican, he's a New York Democrat that helped keep Hillary Clinton's senate seat away from the conservatives for years. The Republican party was getting votes with him so they decided that it was okay to have the Trump lizard on the team.

This shows that lizards can not only assume human form but they can also take on the form of a Republican.

But I suspect he could turn up, shout "WE WERE TRYING TO MURDER YOU ALL AND I'D DO IT AGAIN, DAMMIT!" and the chicken shit Republicans would still acquit him.

I guarantee he would - and will - be acquitted. It doesn't matter what he or his lawyers say or do. Republicans have made it clear that they're acquitting him.

All the more reasons that I am done with the Republican Party. Next time, I'm voting Lizard.
