What is 'alternative science'?
« on: March 06, 2018, 02:13:55 PM »
The scientific method boils down to this:
  • Observe and experiment with something.
  • Formulate a hypothesis in an attempt to explain it.
  • Predict what will happen in the outcome of an experiment (or a few experiments) on it using the hypothesis.
  • Test the hypothesis by performing the experiment(s) to see if the prediction was accurate.
  • If not, adjust the hypothesis until it is more accurate.

I don't understand what 'alternative science' is. Is there an 'alternative scientific method'? Or do you just make stuff up on the spot?
