On a note of ease, it might be beneficial to add a post about what each subforum is for to the forum rules. That way one link will be able to answer pretty much every question. As it is, to address, say, off-topic posting you'd need to link to a stickied thread in each board. I'm not aware of any location where all these definitions are clearly given in one place.
