Putin to ban Windows?

It seems that Putin wants to ban Windows from government computers.  I guess they're getting tired of patch Tuesday too.

The should build a Russian OS. It should be ugly but robust and functional. They could call it Leninux.

Meh, good for them.
If you are going to DebOOonK an expert then you have to at least provide a source with credentials of equal or greater relevance. Even then, it merely shows that some experts disagree with each other.
