The server that hosts the website, forum, wiki and IRC was unreachable for about 16 minutes, from 05:00 to 05:16 UTC, 2015-10-20.
The precise cause is yet undetermined. The logs indicate that the server shut itself down, and there were some scheduled jobs running at the time, but none of them appear likely to have triggered a reboot. I'll keep digging, but it may be that the best we can do this time is to increase logging verbosity in case it happens again.
