What does the flat Earth model have to say to Moon terminator illusion?

The Moon's terminator doesn't always appear to line up with light coming from the Sun, i couldn't (fully) confirm this i  did saw a
crescent Moon once when the Sun is almost below the Horizon, the terminator doesn't really face the direction of the Sun sets.

This is a video from Vsauce explaining the Moon terminator illusion and explaining Crepuscular rays.

The moon is self-lit, not a reflection of the sun's light.

The moon is self-lit, not a reflection of the sun's light.
So basically, the illuminated portion of the Moon have some sort of coincidental resonant with it's position relative to the Sun?
And how does Solar/Lunar eclipse works then? Some more coincidence based on position?

It takes less than a minute to understand Moon phases just by this diagram, rather than a random coincidence and cycles.

It takes less than a minute to understand that Pelor created the heavens, the hells, and everything I between. Sadly, speed at which knowledge is understood is not a good indicator of what is actually true.

Why do you presume that there is no explanation for moon cycles? We say your model is wrong and you immediely assume that we MUST believe that the cycles of the moon is a random or coincidental?
