Title: Planetary Annihilation

Anyone else have this game? The computer is dreadfully easy to defeat, I expected a better AI fight from a beta-level game, but oh well.

I thought about backing it on Kickstarter when it was raising funds, but I was pretty broke at the time. Other than the AI issues, is it any good?

The UI definitely needs some work and the game becomes slow and buggy when you start covering planets with armies (what the game was meant for...), it isn't my hardware since my CPU or GPU aren't over 50% during maximal game saturation. I can only hope the kinks are worked out over the duration of beta.

The fundamentals are good, so assuming the devs aren't complete tools, I think the game will turn out genuinely fun. It is currently on sale in Steam.
