'Unfinished Instrumental'

This track by Eddie Hazel and Funkadelic brings to my mind the post-Civil War Reconstruction which ended in 1877 with a betrayal of the blacks and poor whites in the American South by the backstabbing Republican Party who conspired with the racist Confederate southern Democrats. This brings to mind the Stalinist doctrine of a future restitution in which the black and poor of the South take power including both autonomous sovereignty and the right to self determination (or secession) if they so chose - free from the local southern bourgeois oppressors & also free from colonialism and exploitation from the north - free from the power of the capitalist state in Washington, DC.
