Title: Sun shadows 4th time
Post by: Todii on October 22, 2019, 05:09:17 PM
why there is always a shadow when sun sets?
Where I live, sun seems to "set" in the sea and every time it does so, wooden poles on beach start getting darker from bottom first and "shadow" grows on the top of the poles before sun is completely gone.

On Flat Earth model sun is on fixed altitude. It doesn't get higher or lower. So on flat earth model, how do you explain shadow raising from bottom to up on poles? What is exactly that obstacle creating shadow?
