This is brutal. What the hell were they thinking? They drag in fans of the PC originals and tell them they can have a new microtransactional filled version on their phones instead of Diablo 4.

This just goes to show how toxic the gaming community has become. Developers aren't obligated to make specifically the kind of game you expect from them.

As I understand Diablo 4 is still a thing that will be made and this mobile game is made by a contracted chineese company.
Like bitching about Final Fantasy Tactics being made instead of Final Fantasy 11.

It's still in development. It might be good. Right, guys? ...Right?

Oh well, Blizzard's stocks took a hit for this, and even Domino's are ripping the shit out of them (https://www.facebook.com/DominosMY/photos/a.180244505442035/1401250033341470/?type=3&permPage=1).

Perhaps one day the industry will learn.
