Time of day

Hello everyone, I am totally new to this fascinating topic and would like to have an open minded and respectful discussion on a few subjects which have caught my interest. I'm sorry if this is an old question but when it is midday in Europe it is midnight in Australia, an easy explanation is that they are on opposite sides of a globe, but what is the FE explanation for this phenomenon. Again sunrise occurs in a gradual progression across the various countries of the world,  a globe rotating is an obvious explanation but what is your sincere belief regarding this. On a flat Earth midday ( sun at it's highest) would be at the same time everywhere.  Any thoughts?  Any replies will be treated with the utmost respect, I hope to hear from sincere Flat Earth believers and I would love to hear your genuine thoughts on this.
