Your wallet has the encryption keys. The blockchain has the addresses, and everyone mining bitcoins has information on every bitcoin transaction through the blockchain. That's how a transaction is verified as legitimate.

The administrator behavior here is far superior to that of the old forum. As for my opinion, I don't really care whichever way you go, as long as the banned entity has a way of disputing the ban with the mod/admin team.

It looks like the scientific community think climate change is related to human activities.

It probably is, if even just a little bit. But so what? Instead of bitching to everyone about it, they can get their asses in the lab and fix it. In the meantime, all of us regular people can just be more aware of, and try to limit the amount of energy we consume.

Rather than tax fuel, governments should concentrate more on subsidizing the research and development, as well as implementation of alternative energy vehicles. While this certainly isn't the best method of getting things done, it is a lot better than taxes, which, even if they are on the company as you suggested, get pushed to the consumer regardless.

Enter: ExxonMobil, Halliburton, and Super PACs.

I may be wrong but doesn't mineral oil have a shitty thermal conductivity?
Reading up on it, it seems like water would actually move the heat away faster than oil.

I haven't done the maths, but gut feeling tells me that oil would work out better, simply because of how much of it there is. With water cooling, you can usually only have a small amount of water flowing through heatsinks around critical components. With mineral oil, you just turn your computer into an aquarium. The heat can spread in all directions, and the area of the heat dissipating region is huge.

You can use water in your PC.  Just gotta be distilled.

That would work only if your case is vacuum sealed and completely free of any foreign particles.
