I didn't know it was almost complete. Hell, I stared at the picture for a long time trying to eyeball if it was concept art or not. I'm also surprised it doesn't have flak guns mounted on top.
So, will the Jews try to blow up this tower too? Only time will tell.

Well, it is really just a gimmick based on the original numbering system. They just moved the number from the back to the front, so regardless it would still be WTC 1 or 1 WTC.

I did not realize it was so close to completion either until I went to NY in June and our plane flew around the tip of Manhattan almost as if to say, "Look what we done now!"
It looks like the proverbial Ivory Tower and is likely cursed. I expect Yaakov to blow it up next Yom Kippur at the latest and then issue a statement reading:

Well, Islam does have a pretty horrid tradition of building holy centers on top of their conquests. However, its not like minarets are some magical Islam-only architecture. So, I can see why the image disturbs some people, but I think they're kind of silly for it.
