Why during a sunset can I see the sunlight on the bottom of clouds?

Light does not always travel in straight lines.  It is not more complicated than that. 

Plus, the sunrays reflect off of the earth.

I do not believe that. 
I believe the illusion exists but is not created by humans.  The illusion is a natural phenomenon much like rainbows are natural illusions.

They can possibly screening over the entire Globus/Truman show enclosure, they are keep us in Truman show where they use projectors to create our reality in its entire.

Whether we live in an enclosure or not, I think it is overly pronoid to believe shills/trolls/liars/witchPhDs are projecting images up into space to create the illusion of celestial bodies. 
Nobody needs to do that because the celestial "bodies" already are natural illusions.

I have what may possibly be deemed a stupid question, but please bear with me.

According to the FE model, what keeps the sun, moon, and other celestial bodies from falling onto the earth?

Not to be pedantic but the only universal FE model is short, sweet and limited:  the earth is flat.  No more and no less. 

As far as the celestial "bodies" falling onto the earth is concerned, have no worry.  They are not physical bodies at all.  So, they can not fall to earth. 

It seems obvious to me that the moon is a reflection of the earth up onto the firmament.  That is why we always see the same surface.  Likewise, I believe the sun is a consequence of energy focused by parabolic reflection from a different direction.  I can not prove any of that nor do I care to but there is no mystery to me about why they both seem to be the same size.  Regardless, I do not fear any of those celestial "bodies" falling.

For flat earthers, the moon can't be real - the moon look strange with craters and black spots that make no sense,that god would create such light.

I believe you are right about that. 

The stars(most of them) are the result of the sun heating the glass(I have to think about it more carefully).

I think you are right. 
Take a look at these videos.  They are all NASA stunt productions which inadvertently reveal too much.  I believe they provide clues about what we are seeing when we look up in the sky.

It seems obvious to me that the rotation of the Sun dictates the dimension of our world.  The heat from the sun keeps the Antarctic wall from closing in.  Therefore, the diameter of the earth is approximately 4x the distance from the center/NorthPole to the equator.
