It's just really nice to see a videogame that's primarily concerned with the quality of the gameplay. It's just really refreshing.

I know a lot of people like the story telling aspect of games, I guess it can add another dimension to it.

Having grown up on NES and SNES it's really nice to see a game that's just totally focussed on the gameplay.

Doom discussion, who played 1+2 on dos? I've been playing through 2 on an emulator recently.

First time I played Doom was on 32X. Don't remember playing 2, but Doom 2016 was decent (although I get roasted here because I don't think it is as amazing as many other folks).
