No. Earth is more likely to be completely stationary. Things rise and fall because they are inherent functions of this reality.

A Rising Earth

I'd like to add, that if you vote no or otherwise disagree with the theory that Earth is rising, but believe Earth is not stationary, please explain what you think and why.

Also, and more importantly, if you truly believe Earth is rising upwards, and vote yes accordingly, please explain what you think is causing Earth to rise upwards, and include any evidence for your theory.
