A Picture Says A Thousand Words
« on: January 01, 2017, 04:12:29 PM »
Global chaos has erupted in recent times.
Everyone is worried about the future.
Too many people ignore acts of evil.
Go vote to make things better.
Otherwise you cannot do anything about it.
Don't be deceived by all the lies.

Earth is Flat. Wake up.

I fail to see the connection. Now I am certainly making no connection and correlation does not imply causation, BUT

Belief in the Globe has been firmly grounded for a couple of millennia and certainly to have been well accepted by the early  Church and the early Muslim community.

Look at
Quote from: 17 November, Flat Earth Believer, TFES
It is well known that islam inherited and preserved the pagan greek sciences which included the novel belief in a spherical earth among other things

Look up what "The Venerable Bede" said about the shape of the earth "For truly it is an orb placed in the centre of the universe; in its width it is like a circle, and not circular like a shield but rather like a ball." From Creation.com, The flat earth myth.

And Al-Biruni from around 1000 AD, see AL-BIRUNI: A MASTER OF SCHOLARSHIP

An illustration of a lunar eclipse, drawn by al-Biruni and annotated in Persian.
Look like a flat earth?

I could go on and on, and I have in other places, BUT (again):

The events you describe seen to have been coming to a head since the early 1950's and modern Flat Earth Societies mad a resurgent around then
Quote
The International Flat Earth Research Society (IFERS), the first Flat Earth society organization, was founded by Englishman Samuel Shenton in 1956[9] and was later led by American Charles K. Johnson, who based the organization in his home town of Lancaster, California. The belief lacked representation after Johnson’s death in 2001, until the name was reclaimed in 2004 by Johnson's self-proclaimed successor "Daniel Shenton", a man claiming to live in Hong Kong.

Now I do not claim any connection, but you and so many Flat Earthers seem to put such store coincidence that one just has to wonder.

So just be careful what you say, it might come back and bite you! As you say "Don't be deceived by all the lies."

Just to be clear, you are all terrific, but everything you say is exactly what a moron would say.

Oh come on, give the kid some encouragement.
I'd score him rather higher than that. His talent isn't all that bad, and the rest is pure and simply imagination, though fantasy might be a better word.

He might even make a decent living illustrating cheap comics.

Though I do wonder how a kid like that gets such twisted ideas so young in life.

Wonder no more, he actually tells us where in his "Be Aware" illustration:
Flouride
.
Also, am I the only one who noticed that while the last panel has one quote from the Bible, the rest are all from The Matrix?

Ok. You proven you are unworthy to unignored. You proven it was a bad idea to unignore you. and it was for me a disgusting experience...Now you are going to place where you deserved and accustomed.

Oh your Most Exalted Royal Perfectionist, the Most Precise Majestic NXXX I do feel so honoured that you should include a lowly one such as I in your delusions.

But please be reminded that NASA, the NAZIs and whatever else enters your infantile brain have nothing to do with the shape of the earth.

But dream on!

Still not bad sketches for a kid's art classes, oops, you're 47 - head off to a psychiatrist's couch quick smart!.

But, I really don't think N30's claims are worth anything  in the real world.
