Even those with the same wattage vary with age. Trust me, I have run into this problem with the microwave I use now, compared to the one I used before I was married.
Actually, microwaves are even harder to determine whether bacon is thoroughly cooked, because the cooking time with them varies so much from device to device.

It didn't magically appear in 1976 either. Before 'millions of dollars' could be thrown at it, Africans didn't all die because everyone and every animal in Africa had Ebola. I don't know why American's think throwing millions of dollars at things has amazing results. See Iraq War.
Ok, its just you don't need to keep hosts alive for long to be a humanity killer. The black death killed in under 40 days. Sometimes in under 24 hours. Like ebola its tactic is to fell its victim and then infect scavengers as the juices and liquids seep from the rotting victim. same game, different tactics. The BBC today is comparing Ebola to the Spanish influenza outbreak after WW1. Ebola has killed less than 4000 people. Spanish Influenza killed over 50 million. The whole thing is absolutely ridiculous. There is definitely some kind of 'city' conspiracy to get government money into the stock exchanges via pharmaceutical share prices and the like. I smell Goldman Sachs, the UN and other rich Jews.
