The truth in reality
« on: January 30, 2017, 11:34:01 PM »
We are the people. We are the ones in control. What is stopping you from getting a job in the government? Or run for president? It's not some elaborate lie. We are all humans with the same abilities. You understand? Nobody is hiding shit from you. I can understand the feeling of deceit, but it is a bad seed to plan within ones head of doubt. Step out into the light and see WE ARE AMERICA. It could be you on top. It's our moms and dads and brothers and sisters. Our family. Fair enough move Junker. My bad for the deucheness. It hurts to see the effects of such beliefs... Just remember, the conscienceness of man is the only reality. Be careful of what that entails.

I'd have to disagree with this one. Deception is a powerful tool, after all.

What is stopping you from [...] run[ning] for president?
I need a small loan of a million dollars,  but once that's out of the way I'm pretty much good to go.

Nothing is more powerful than the deception in ones self.

I have the balls to say I pissed away my chances. But I know damn well I could have tried. Just like anyone else. It's the doubt you carry and lack of confidence that takes hold. The mind will never go against itself.therefore, if you don't believe in something it simply wont exist. It's how we keep sane. Yet it is the key to religion. God only exist when you decide to believe. Constantly repeated in history. Believe.

.    Seeing as how it wasn't in the same sentence, it still works the way I said it. Unless you missed class.

That was just your atrocious use of punctuation and grammar. I chose to omit it because I wanted to make fun of your ideas, not your use of language. However, since you insist:

Consider the following:

What is stopping you from getting a job in the government? Or run for president?

Now let's correct it so that it's actually in English:

What is stopping you from getting a job in the government, or running for president?

In other words: Yes, you failed to write it down a single sentence, but this doesn't help your argument, nor does it invalidate my response.

Unless you missed class.
What?

Maybe he was just throwing out a casual suggestion. "Or, hey, run for president, ya bud?" I know I spend my weekends planning my campaign.

As someone who's stood for public office (albeit as a paper candidate) and helped campaign for others who are, believe me when I say that it isn't as easy as simply sticking a poster in your front lawn.

The idea that just anyone could run for President and have a chance is laughable.
