I had the same problem, but figured out it was caused by my task manager app. I put tapatalk on the exception list and haven't had the problem since.

Snupes, can you clarify what the problem is? Do you need to keep logging into the Tapatalk app, or does opening it log you out on your computer?

Logging in through Tapatalk appears to reset the password salt.

I do remember going through this code when we had the issues with logging out, and determining that the other places where the salt was reset wouldn't affect us. I may have been wrong then, and I don't remember why I thought that, but I had some reason at the time.

Is that logging in to Tapatalk itself or to our forum? If it's the former, it probably has nothing to do with us.

Have you updated to the most recent version of the Tapatalk app? Everything should be gray-ish.
